Our attorneys are experienced in all aspects of employment law, both in counseling employers and other entities and representing employees and  contractors.  We prepare and review employment and contractor agreements and ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations governing employment,  including anti-discrimination laws, wage and hour laws, employee safety laws,  sexual harassment regulations, hiring and firing regulations, and severance pay regulations.  We also prepare and review non-competition agreements and employee handbooks.
